Every 3 month they raise the bill, they lock you out your belongings unlawfully, not a single person in an office can assist a customer everything switched to virtual in the last month. Here is a view of an office I pay good money and am a loyal customer. No reason to pay this amount of money get locked out of my things without notice and to not even have a person in an office.

Initially I was very satisfied with the price and service from Prime Storage. I stored my car and a bicycle in the unit for the winter. In the middle of winter, they raised the price by 30% and of course I was unable to switch to a different service in the middle of winter. Then when I closed my account in the spring, they charged me for another month. I will not be using this company next year and would definitely advise anyone to look elsewhere.

Wonderful customer service from Ashley. She made everything as clear and easy as possible, she helped me find the right unit for my needs. Nice clean units and easy access. 100% recommend

I recently closed my storage unit at this location due to the constant price increases. I originally rented a small 5x5 unit, which is basically the size of a closet, and over time the cost kept going up to a point that just didn’t feel reasonable anymore. While the facility itself may be fine, the pricing structure is frustrating. It feels like you’re brought in at one rate and then gradually charged more and more, which adds up quickly for such a small space

We didn't rent from them more than 3 months before they increased our rent. Two times in 9 months we had rent increases. Not good business.
