Trailer wasn't inspected before they let me take it off the lot. The wheel bearing broke and the wheel nearly fell off about 15 minutes into my drive. I was stranded on the side of the highway. I called roadside assistance, which I paid extra for, and they told me it was going to take 90 minutes for anyone to arrive. I wait 2 hours and still no one has showed up and I hadn't received any updates. I call back and they tell me it's going to be another 45 minutes. Again I wait and they don't show. I call and they tell me 20 more minutes. I repeated this process a few more times, and by the end of…

Employee’s at this U-Haul location are always extremely polite and very helpful. Equipment has always been in perfect working condition and clean. Thank you!

The employees were very professional and acccomodating. From beginning to end every thing well. The only thing that was less than desirable was that my cup holder had yucky, gooey junk in it and my seat was a little wet. When I told the representative about it, he right away offered to clean it. When I ssid I already did, , he immediately went to check who cleaned it, to ensure it did not happen again.

Staff was well mannered and very helpful. Efficient at doing their jobs and smiled about it as well! I will always go back to this U-Haul location.

Make certain all signals work. The tow dolly i rented had no right turn directional. I had an emergency, and borrowed there insurance and took a chance. If it wasnt an emergency I would not have rented the equipment. There was only one on site.
