We used Reliable Movers to get new equipment into our fulfillment center and move old equipment and other items into storage for us. We had a great experience. The movers were professional, quick thinkers, and extremely efficient. Everything went seamlessly and I highly recommend this company. I can’t recommend Reliable enough. Jen in the office was great to schedule with on the phone and via text. Very responsive which I really appreciate. The weather was terrible (of course) and the crew showed up on schedule ready to rip. Kevin and his team (unfortunately didn’t get any other names) were fast, careful, respectful and Jesus are these guys strong 💪🏼. I’m not sure what I was expecting (first time using a moving company) but I did less than expected; they did more. I used Reliable Movers to do a local move from Lakeport to a storage unit in Camillus. They called prior to arriving to say they were running early and if that was ok. I explained what pieces of furniture I needed moved. Many of these pieces were heavy but they had no problem moving them. They treated each piece with care and respect. At the storage unit, they arranged the furniture so that every piece fit and everything was protected.
