  Hired them to load my belongings into a freight truck. Every item got damaged due to improper loading and pack weight. Will not answer calls or texts, giving the total silent treatment. Look at my photos. See how much weight was put on a glass table, crushing it. See how our wooden dining tables were not protected at all and got badly gouged. See my desk crushed down the center.   Worst moving company! I hired this company a few years ago to move my furniture into storage, they offered their own ‘climate-controlled’ storage for $150/month which I have agreed to. A couple years later I hired them to move my stored furniture into my house. One of my rugs had horrible water damage, a few other pieces had been damaged as well, and my king-sized mattress was missing. They claimed to have no idea what had happened to the mattress and that they had a pipe burst at some point which caused the water damage.   Square Deal Moving and Syracuse Movers are really great! I just used their services twice last month to help my parents move items out of one storage to another and to move heavy furniture to various locations. They were exactly on time and the workers were nice and very helpful. They even scheduled one move the day I called to help me get the job done on time! Reasonable prices and they also disposed of mattresses that could not be donated. They were very helpful to my parents and I and I will definitely use this company again when I need a moving company!

  As I was not moving or using this company. They blocked my driveway. I called spoke to a wonderful women who told me the would move so I could park my car in the driveway. After the phone call ended she called me back about 15 minutes later stating they would be moving the car. Long story short they did not move the truck and the worker with the highlighter yellow/green seater. Choose to yell at me when asked to move the truck so I can park in my driveway.   I strongly advise against hiring Square Deal Moving. While the movers were friendly - which I seriously appreciated and tipped accordingly - the quality of their work and the aftermath of the move were deeply disappointing. In a single move, they managed to: • Crack the central support beam of the only couch they handled. • Scratch and damage the finish on a table • Scratch the screen of a flat-screen TV. • Cause drywall damage to the ceiling after a mover attempted to lift a bedframe (solo) that clearly required a team lift. • Somehow lost a box containing four Ryobi batteries, marked accor…
