Absolute the worst Uhaul experience ever! I picked up the truck and it only had 1/4 tank of fuel exactly with dash showing 47 miles to empty. I drove a total of 21 miles and filled the truck up before I returned ($13.08) worth, returning the truck 30 minutes early with more than 1/4 tank and the dash showing 70 miles to empty. So I returned the vehicle with MORE fuel then when I picked it up and this location had the audacity to charge me $8.08 for fuel! I called and told I would have to come in and show proof of the fuel level and mileage before they could refund me, so I did and I was never…

Absolutely terrific. Their system was down all day and they used a backup system to get me my van. It took extra time but it was well worth it. Thank you guys so much!!!!

The staff didn’t seem to know what they was doing on my first visit. I made a reservation and on the reservation it was showing free storage but when I got to the location after waiting 30 mins in a very long line Andrew B couldn’t find my reservation and I ended up leaving without a storage unit and have to return the next day to get a storage unit prior to my arrival. The next day I spoke with a customer service representative from at U-Haul her name was Yavonne and she said that I was supposed to be offered a free unit which I was not happy about paying $134 and got up charged of 48 to e…

Negative 10 stars. The absolute worst company and the absolute worst location. Will cost you over $100 and you still won’t get your rental then costing you more money because you have to postpone and extend your move. 100% will be disbursing charges with my bank and NEVER going here again. I’m giving you guys the middle finger right now.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The young woman had the most annoyed tone the whole time. I felt like I was being a burden. I was shocked that this behavior is tolerated when she had two of her co-workers right beside her, one of them being the manager. I will never be returning to this location. It’s clear this location has no standards for its customer service - coming from someone who worked for U-haul years ago. I’ve heard bad things about this location but I guess I had to see it for myself.
