I made my reservation for a van online. I was able to choose my pickup and drop-off times. Staff was accommodating and polite. I do not care for the rental tax but that's government evil not uhaul.

It's incredible that a 3-hour trip had to end with a flat tire on the trailer because at this place they couldn't even bother to check or inflate the tire, but instead ignored the need and told me to call customer service.

I never leave bad reviews, but this time they deserve it. The website lets you reserve a trailer, and I came to pick it up, and surprise! They haven't had any available for over two weeks, and the woman at the front desk had such an inappropriate attitude. I'm very, very upset. They have no idea how much they complicated the transport of the car I had scheduled. Don't mess with people's time, and secondly, hire friendly and competent people. This happened today, Monday, January 19, 2026, at 6:00 pm.

Friendly Staff. Clean storage facility that is climate controlled and has security cameras. Pricey, but worth it for climate control if you need it. Entrance to the storage units has a 4 stall garage so you can back the vehicles into them. They also have a few 4’ flat bed dollies for use for $0.00.

Brought my car to have a hitch installed on my vehicle and when I got it back they told me I was all set for me to find that they broke my hood latch I brought the vehicle back and the mechanic admitted to breaking it the workers told me to submit claim and after 7 weeks they finally told me my claim was denied
