Samantha — just WOW!!! Words truly cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional customer service we received at this location. Samantha went completely above and beyond to help us during an incredibly stressful time. We were moving in the middle of a snowstorm, trucks were unavailable due to the weather, and everything felt overwhelming — but she never gave up on us. As Long term customer this is the Best Outstanding ! U haul establishment I had used in my life time . The Staff & management are the greatest they address any issues I had immediately & quickly.
