My move was faster than the store service. Even with completing the self direct reservation online, it was still not good. Poor job inspecting their own vans before giving it to the next costumer. Misplaced keys, Gas was much lower than marked and was still charged even though a picture was taken during my inspection requirement of the van, driver side door didn't unlock so I had to climb from the passenger side to get to the driver side and not enough morning shift people working. Seems like everyone comes in the afternoon and hangs out. Moving is stressful enough, your service shouldn't be.

Great location to rent a UHaul, easy access for pick up and drop off. Great staff, also able to rent storage too , a lot of supplies to choose from close to Main Street, easy pathway to expressway and interstate line

Ended up having to cancel my reservation yesterday. Overall poor customer service. Did everything online prior to going to the location only to be told they do it differently and have different requirements. This U-Haul location has different requirements than U-Haul themselves. Save yourself time and headache, rent from other U-Haul dealers in the area like I had to.

Very Good on Gas. The driving of the Van was in Great condition too! No problems, and no complaints with maintenance up keep.
