I had a great experience with CubeSmart Bee Safe. The facility was very clean and felt extremely secure, which gave me peace of mind. They also offer a military discount, which was very helpful since I needed the unit due to an upcoming mobilization. The woman at the front desk was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, the process was easy, and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location. It is also a wine storage as well which is really cool. I have a 5x10 unit and my monthly payment so far is less than $100.

Such a great experience! I was in need of a unit very quickly and Randy Lynn made it happen! Everything was clean, I got full details on ALL costs up front. Toured other facilities on the same road and didn’t get all full details and fees upfront. I highly recommend (they are close to full so that says a lot!) great service, can’t wait to continue to recommend them!

I can’t say enough about how awesome Bee 🐝 Safe Storage is amazing. We’ve been using them for two years now personally, and now also professionally for business equipment. Randy Lynn is newer to the Bee Safe family has really impressed me with how well she knows the residents names, how helpful she is with my husband who is visually impaired, and making it a point to introduce herself. She is just a spunky person to talk to about all her travels, and how she settled into our answer.

I had an excellent experience with Bee Safe storage. From my initial contact with the call center to my in-person experience with Randy Lynn, the staff were friendly and helpful. Randy Lynn was especially pleasant to work with offering options, providing a tour, and explaining everything clearly. Happy to be a new customer!

We got a reservation at Bee Storage last minute and we are so happy we did. Randy Lynn was amazing- literally made us feel like family. Being new to NC she made it so easy for us. I recommend them 1000 times over!!!
