Professional, on time, and courteous. Five star operation. I’ve changed my review to one star. I have an issue with my king sized adjustable bed. They reassembled it wrong and after 3 attempts together get them to fix it I got nothing, crickets, zippo, so they just ignored me and hoped I would go away I guess. They don’t know me. The issue is that they did not reassemble the bed correctly and they knocked a few pieces loose in shipping. About a 25 mile trip. When I pointed it they sent someone over that night. He came in looked at it and said he would have to come back. The drawers don’t close…

This is the second moved I have done with Gentle Giant Moving Company. One word describes them and why I came back to them a second time... Amazing! Brandon and Michael B. aren't "movers". They're athletes that hustled the entire time, from when they parked the truck until they drove away. Not one single item was damaged or broken during the move. Brandon and Michael B. were also friendly. They took care in my move and made sure everything was set up just the way I wanted before they left. I'd definitely, and highly, recommend Gentle Giant!

We hired Gentle Giant based on a recommendation from family. They absolutely loved up their reputation and did a fantastic job. Andrew was very thorough on the initial call and made sure all of the things we needed moved were accounted for. They were flexible with being able to add or change things we needed up until the move day. On moving day, Andrew, James, Collin, and Lamar showed up on time, they took time to wrap and protect all furniture, and they made sure nothing in the old house or new house was damaged while moving furniture. Gentle Giant is amazing!!! I will use them for every move I ever make. Michael Cianci was especially great and went above and beyond. He helped me choose where some things should go when I was fatigued by decisions. And I got very emotional leaving my old home and he was very empathetic and caring and understanding. All the guys (Stephan, Collin, Liudas, and Lorenas) had great attitudes and took care with all of my furniture and things. They made sure that everything was in the right room and in the right place. I am very grateful for all their help!!! Everyone needs to use them!
