If you’re moving in the Charlotte area, I highly recommend Undergrads Moving. We worked with Sam, Deepak, and Will, and they were excellent. The crew was punctual, the pricing was fair, and their work ethic was top-notch. They made a typically stressful day much easier. Would definitely use them again! UPDATE - We initially thought the moving service went well, but unfortunately we've discovered damage that has completely changed our opinion. Alejandro and Carson arrived on time and ready to help! They were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job moving several furniture pieces from an assisted living apartment, into a rented truck, and unloading at our storage unit. They took their time to make sure nothing was damaged along the way. We highly recommend this company for the ease of booking, and the excellent staff they sent our way.

I'm very disappointed with the service we received. One of the movers carried a large chair through our narrow kitchen instead of taking a more appropriate wider path through the living room. In doing so, he knocked the handle off our freezer and the chair leg left a dent. While we were able to reattach the handle, the dent remains despite my attempts to fix it, and it's driving me crazy. This is our first home and this was completely avoidable. We paid for a service and tipped each mover, so I expected much more care and professionalism. Had this damage not occurred, I would have rated them 3…

We had a great move yesterday thanks to Logan, Samuel, and Michael. They worked exceptionally hard and were very strategic in how to get all of our stuff safely and efficiently in the moving truck. Would definitely recommend suggesting those guys for your move!
