The initial meeting was with Heather J. She walked us through all points of our packing and delivery. When I called with questions, she answered and usually came by my home with additional supplies when needed. Heather made us feel that our move mattered to her. I commend her for her professionalism. I'm not normally someone who leaves negative reviews, but after my experience with Coleman Allied, I feel obligated to share it. My wife and I recently moved from North Carolina to Texas using this Coleman Allied branch. For the most part, the experience started out well. Heather and Abbey were both professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the planning process. Unfortunately, things took a turn once we arrived in Texas. Our driver mixed up numerous items that were supposed to go into our apartment versus our storage unit, including my wife's dresser and much of her clothing. On top…

The move was incredibly fast, all items boxed, labeled and placed in the appropriate rooms. I'm so impressed with how they knew what the other was doing. It was a day l had dreaded because of my health disabilities, but it was smooth and clear they all knew their jobs very well. I will recommend them to anyone who might need movers.
