Modern Moving Company made grand promises but delivered catastrophically poor service. They fundamentally failed to honor the terms of our contract while still charging premium rates. I specifically paid for white glove moving service, expecting professional, careful handling of my belongings. What I received was the complete opposite. The company arrived hours late with only half the crew they promised, leaving me and my wife to do much of the heavy lifting myself despite paying for full-service moving. I cannot speak highly enough of Modern Moving and Storage. Stephanie Bittle and Thomas Kiser are true professionals, and went above and beyond to help us with our complicated move.
