  I contacted $20 moving truck based on a friend's recommendation. All I needed was for my stuff to be loaded onto a truck and trailer for a long distance move, no packing involved. I packed ALL of the boxes and had packed most of the trailer and part of the truck. I had to ask them to unload the truck to redo or all of my stuff would not have fit and all of the boxes would have shifted/fallen on the 1st turn. All of my glass would have been broken.   I am writing a mixed review on this company. They came to move some heavy furniture, everything went OK with that. What I'm having a mixed review with is that I was quoted a price a few weeks before the move, but the day of the move it was a different price (lower than the original quote). When it came time to pay, I questioned the amount because it was alot higher then the price I got it the text message on the day of arrival.   They broke my bed. They attempted to unscrew it but then decided to just pull the platform off. They did not reassemble it at the new place… because they had broken the screws. They also broke my dining room table. That crazy saying you don’t have a record of me as a customer cause I actually used your service twice and the same guys came both times (locs guy and tall skinny) I’m not sure what a phone call would do considering I don’t exist to you. I do have the text mags from your guys and the receipts and the money deducted from my accounts though. Thank you for replying.

  Mr David was our driver & move coordinator lol he was very nice and it was a lot of personal stuff going on the day he came but service was great and he actually helped move 2 items that my fiancé and I had an extremely hard time lifting & up hat not he was such an amazing help and IN MY OPINION this service was MORE AFFORDABLE than a U-Haul and hiring movers in my opinion but let your pockets speak for themselves 🤗 also didnt have to worry about non-owners insurance or having to have driver license to drive the truck and as far as customer liability ☺️

  I would give more then 5 stars if possible. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The gal who waited on me was very nice. They'd already sold the type of washing machine I wanted so she sent me to the sister store in Spring Lake to pick out one that was similar. The fellow who waited on me was very helpful. Just had the machine hooked up today and already I am loving it. This place is wonderful. To find a local business with good customer service and military owned is a real treasure.
