We had a horrible experience with this company. Our $700 move cost us over $5k in damages. My company scheduled two, labor only moves, with Flex to move furniture into a pod in our clients driveway during a home renovation project. During the first scheduled move, the movers showed up late and did over $5k in damage to our clients property, I have pictures attached. We had a second move scheduled at 9am and the movers never showed up. They said it was due to “fuel related issues” and “issues with the previous job”. I was told the movers would be here between 2/4 pm.Then I get another call from the driver Nahum telling me he coming from Greensboro and would be at my place by 1:30 pm and that he would give me a call when he 15 mins away well that turned out that to be true.He texted again to say he 25 mins away and again that wasn’t so.Another guy called and said he at my address and want to come up and look at everything.Once he came up he begin to tell me that he a third party and that he didn’t think the truck was big enough to make the move.He left and I never seen him again.A guy name Mike then comes…

From start to finish it was such a pleasure working with Flex Moving for a multistate move for my daughter. Ernest and Marcus were great on the delivery - were super careful with her furniture and very kind. I will definitely be using Flex Moving for all my moving needs. Pricing was fair and transparent.
