Moved a 6 foot Steinway grand piano (a family heirloom) off a truck into my living room. They also moved a heavy upright piano out of the way first. They were diligent about finding the best way into the house to best manage stairs, were extremely careful with the piano, and very considerate of the floors and carpeting, laying down blankets to keep anything from getting damaged or dirty. They were kind, considerate and very nice. When it’s time to move again, I will definitely use them!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this moving company and would not recommend them to anyone. Before the move, I was clearly told one pricing structure. However, after the movers arrived, the pricing method was changed without proper explanation or my consent. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The move ended up taking 7 hours, which is unreasonably long for the amount of furniture involved. During this time, there was nearly one full hour when no work was done at all due to an elevator issue, yet I was still charged for it. The…

This moving company was a pleasure to work with. I had to move a piano, and then change the moving day at the last minute. They were very understanding, and a different day was chosen. Ahlgrens were very communicative, and texted me with updates on their arrival. They were on time, and very carefully moved my piano up and down steps. The piano and bench were wrapped for added protection which I appreciated. Not only were these men were very professional and efficient, they were kind and pleasant to do business with. Ahlgrens team went above and beyond. Their moving team came in at the last minute and moved my grand piano. After calling a few others piano movers, ahlgrens was recommended to me by 2 of the other piano moving companies. Chad was very responsive and friendly, he kept me up to date on arrival time and always picked up his phone when I had any questions. Since my piano move, ahlgrens has also moved a 1200# safe into my basement and made it look easy. If you are in need of a top notch moving company dont look any further. These guys are the best!!

These guys were absolutely fantastic! I've had bad moving experiences before, but I was told by a friend to try Ahlgren's. Chad answered my call about moving last Monday and the crew was outside and ready to take care of my every concern only three days later. I told Chad of my various, big, antique possessions passed down the generations and he assured me that his crew would do everything to make sure they moved safely; they did not disappoint.
