Highly recommend working with this Two Men office for any moving needs! They helped us coordinate a move of care kits for patients at UNC Children's Hospital and were so helpful in the entire planning process . The staff was so professional and they made sure to confirm all details before the move. During the move, the team was very professional and quick and communicative on their location. While the guys they sent were friendly, my experience was quite poor for the following reasons: They sent 3 guys to do a 2 person job & it still took longer than they quoted me for. With an entire extra person. Exactly how does it take 3 men 6 hours to move one single person when I was quoted 5 hours for 2 men? Everything was ready, there was no last minute packing by me that caused a delay. They put marks all over my freshly painted walls, huge black man sized footprints on my new white carpet, nicked my couch legs, scratched & chipped my dresser. Great experience with Two Men and a Truck moving us from Wake Forest, NC back to Michigan. The three-man crew did a fantastic job packing, loading, and unpacking everything with care and efficiency. They were professional, hardworking, and made a long-distance move much less stressful. We really appreciated how organized and respectful they were with our belongings from start to finish. We could not have been more impressed by the service of Elijah W & Kalon B. Their attention to detail in wrapping everything was first class. This is the second time I've used Two Men and a Truck, and once again they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Our team was Destin, Aime, and Sam, and they were incredible from start to finish. Communication was excellent before they arrived, they walked us through all of the paperwork, and they got right to work.
