I can't wait to write this review! We had a complex move from western NC to Wilmington involving two homes. Our belongings needed to land under air in longterm storage and in proximity to one another. Our moves happened about a month apart. We used Coastal Carrier to pack two well-appointed homes. They use great technology to conduct virtual surveys of your home to estimate not just cost but time and "manpower" needed. Truly exceptional! We have moved 20 times in our lives, and Coastal Carriers was by far the best movers we have ever had. Jason P. coordinated the whole process with an efficient but calm manner, even providing us with free moving boxes and monitoring the move every step of the way. The moving team (Korey M, Joe S., Andrew F, and Tom K) were not just kind, efficient, and strong, but they were also very accommodating and worked together perfectly. We had the best moving team! Jarbas, Blaine, Jimmy, Trevor, Bobby, and Andrew were all extremely efficient, strong, and careful in handling our most challenging contents. Lots of laughter, compassion, and optimistic attitudes made our difficult move less stressful. The office manager, Matt gave us accurate estimates and great communication throughout the process. Coastal was amazing from start to finish during a very difficult time of clearing out a loved one’s possessions from a family home put up for sale. Chris in sales was thorough and communicative and worked well with me to schedule the move. Korey is hands down the best mover I’ve ever had. He was so prompt and professional and cared for each piece of furniture and every household item like it was his own. He was even working with a newer employee in a mentorship capacity.
