I have had my things in storage unfortunately for over a year and it has been good for me to have stayed with this company. My things are stored in a safe, clean and convenient place. I don’t worry about animals, roaches or any other nastiness invading my space. I love it here and the employees that serve me are always nice and kind to me. It’s a relationship that I value and even though sometimes I get behind in my payments they always work with me to me back to restored without the fear of auction.

Very unhappy that the corporate office keeps raising the rate on my storage. Started at $40 and got to $100. I went to the actual location and the staff were incredibly helpful. We figured out a solution to transfer to a smaller unit. I emphasize that the two women at the local storage location were incredibly helpful and friendly. I very much appreciated their willingness to work with me. They are excellent representatives of your company.

Michelle Trail has been the most helpful person I have ever encountered with renting storage units. With my job I move often and Ms. Trail has best customer service I have ever experienced with renting units.

Michelle Provided amazing customer service. She was very knowledgeable of all the units and their locations and their rates. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me and took her time which I really appreciated. She made my gloomy day much brighter.

Always clean. Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Returned for second year to store dorm furniture over summer break. Fills up quickly so don’t delay with reservations
