My experience with this outfit has been terrible being a trucker myself. I cannot believe how un professionally run this outfit is you can’t get anybody on the phone to give you any information they’re tracking system sucks they are never on time and trying to figure out what’s going on with your shipment is like pulling your hair out. I rate my experience as a zero with them.

Definitely use anyone else before these guys. They are unable to perform the simplest request. They had a shipment of mine sitting in their warehouse for 2 months without a single call or voice-mail. Finally after the two months had past I got in touch with the merchant amd they informed me that they sent it off the day after I placed my order and began to track it down and see what had happened. They got in touch with Midwest to find out they had been sitting on it for the two months and would get it out first thing Monday. We were supposed to have a call to set up an appointment for delivery. The only call I received was to let me know they couldn’t deliver to my house due to my driveway and that the driver was on their way back. A week and several calls from me later, I was able to arrange delivery. Planning and customer service was lacking.
