Incompetent, is the nicest way I can refer to Fette Moving. Save your time, money, and effort and move yourself. You’ll probably end up doing it anyway. We decided on a military move due to my spouse already being at his new duty station, and I was going to be managing this move from Nebraska to Virginia, solo with a baby. This company gave us the pack and move days of a Thursday and Friday. We were closing on our house at 3pm on that Friday. I took the day off work to be there for the pack day. I wouldn’t recommend, but thank you for the unforgettable lesson in furniture fragility. Apparently, quality furniture is expected to “just fall apart” when touched, which was news to me given that all of mine was brand new and solid quality. If you’re someone who enjoys surprise damage, zero accountability, zero apologies, and exaggerated premium pricing for the experience, this might be the mover for you. Dirty clothes, dirty truck. Tried to deliver me a compressed hed in a box when my mattress weighs over 400lbs, is a hybrid expensive Simmons Beauty Rest Silver Edition. I emailed the delivery company with no reply. I contacted Wayfair, they have the BEST customer service! They gave me 15% off the original cost

Kevin was great to work with. Moving is stressful and he was so calming and kind throughout the process, not to mention extremely helpful. Byron (the driver) and Taylor (one of the movers) were also awesome to work with. They were both so nice and respectful. They showed up within 1 week which was way sooner than I expected. The communication was exceptional and they took good care of my things. Nothing was missing or damaged. Bonus: the price was very reasonable! Everyone that I worked with exceeded my expectations and made my move across the country so much easier!

The driver hit my gate and admitted to hitting the gate. The driver left the scene of the accident which is causing damage to my gate and a hit-and-run… The owner of the company hung up on me as well as the receptionist. They will ignore any problem and not hold responsibility . DO NOT use this company
