This place is really great. I have a storage unit and a vehicle stored outside. It’s reasonably priced and bone dry and clean inside the unit, which I have not found elsewhere. The locker is extra height inside, which is giving me extra space. By far the best part of the whole operation, however, is the people. They’ve been very kind, professional, and accommodating. I trust them and appreciate their owner operated small business quality orientation very much. Highly recommended.

At some point someone attempted to steal, move, or vandalize the boat we had stored there - cutting off the coupler lock and damaging the tongue jack. My guess is the only reason the boat wasn't stolen is because the trailer light wiring was cut (most likely while cutting the coupler lock) rendering the unlit boat and trailer highly suspicious to highway patrol. The facility had no clue the event had occurred and seemed unconcerned about it. I'll find more secure storage in the future.

Had a scheduled uhaul pickup at 9am - arrive and there is no one to be found. Building is closed, no worker in sight. Waited for an hour and still nothing. This delayed my tight moving schedule significantly. Terrible service. Get to work and open your store on time!!

Took over an hour to check in with the employee not knowing how to do anything. Messed up my reservation to where instead of leaving the trailer in one state I had to drive all the way to the first state to return it. Customer service said I had no choice. My first experience as a civilian was not a good one nor will I use Uhaul equipment again.
