Possibly one of the most professional companies in the US. Dispatch always has my next run planned while my trailer is being unloaded and does not set unrealistic expectations on delivery times. Communication is easy no matter who I need to talk to. I have always received my requested home time without any headaches. I enjoy walking into the office and having the freedom to chat with everyone there for a bit. Any concerns or problems I have felt I have run into is communicated and resolved quickly. They know me by name, not a number. I am very happy that I found S&S.

I’ve been driving for over 20 years and this is absolutely the best company I’ve ever drove for! You aren’t a number here they know you by name. The only thing i dislike about here is the shop mechanics think they know everything but when you go to a dealership to get it fixed they prove them wrong lol!!
