This has turned out to be an absolute nightmare for me. I’d used them once and there seemed to be no issues. However, this recent interaction has been terrible. First off, I will add that everything installed on my car and trailer was done so by their employees. The first issue I noticed was that the chains from the trailer to the vehicle was too low. I had commented on it and even tried to help (in which I was told not to). They had mentioned something about how the chains needed 3 in or clearance from the ground. At best it was maybe an inch. We had uhaul boxes planned for a cross country move more a month in advance. When they picked them up and got the containers to minot everything was in order including multiple phone calls confirming it would arrive the following day by noon. The day of the supposed delivery they call and tell us it will not be happening two hours before they were supposed to arrive when we already took time off of work and arranged for help from our family. This place is terrible, thank god I will never have to go to them again, if you ever get a full sized trailer from them… don’t. They don’t maintain them and they don’t do proper maintenance on them. They gave me a faulty, trashy trailer to travel 1700 miles with and it almost caused a major accident. The bearing broke on it and the axel caught fire. They don’t care about their equipment and they definitely don’t care about the customers.

My experience from making the initial reservation to dropping of the vehicle was excellent! The staff was absolutely awesome and the store was very organized and clean!

The initial rental was changed on me without contacting me, and I lost half a day. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 7 am, but they switched it to 3 pm. Then they gave me a truck that had a known issue with the engine. When I talked to the CSR, she told me that she could switch it back (She had looked into a computer and seen that there were a couple of other trucks ) but would have to charge me an entire day even though I had just picked up my truck 40 minutes prior.
