Awful, awful experience. We used Uhaul u-pack boxes for a cross country move. The morning our Uhaul boxes were set to arrive, I called them because I had not yet heard from them. Even though I confirmed the delivery time twice, they told me two hours before the set delivery time that they were unable to make the delivery today, and instead would maybe try to get it to us tomorrow night. We had planned our entire move around the agreed upon delivery date- taken time off of work, coordinated family and friends to help, planned our whole month around the move today. Lying about availability on website. Booked a 15ft truck with tow because it was available . Just to call me and tell that the only thing available is a 20ft truck 3 hours away. I requested a specific thing. Only to be told that my only option is to spend significantly more money and time. The difference between 15ft and 20ft is drastic.

You guys were amazing. Keep it doing what you doing. You guys were super chill. Love the support of staff. Everyone was awesome. Even though I had to extend, and I couldn't return it on time but then extend it again. They all were amazing. Best Uhaul location in North dakota.

What an awful experience. The staff were nice but the process of getting a hitch installed was supposed to be "2 and a half hours MAX." I dropped the vehicle off at 1 PM on a day I took off. I didn't hear anything from them, so 3 hours later, so I called and they let me know it would be about 20 more minutes. I get a ride back to the store at 4 when they told me it would be ready and ended up waiting an additional hour and a half. I didn't pick up the vehicle until 5:30 PM. They gave me a laundry list of reasons why this was delayed, one being that the mechanic was late. The lady did give me a…
