I feel there's no improvement needed for this specific location as I had a Excellent, Professional, and Wonderful Experience. From the beginning of my U-haul Rental and Services to the end. James the Mgmr and his assistants went above and beyond to meet my needs in such short notice and matters, James was very compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and helped us resolve our matter and we were able to successfully move in the time needed at such short notice thanks to James and his wonderful staff. Didn't take any pick but its not hard to find.ghis place is awsome super helpful, went out of there way,great people, nice bathroom.good parking. It was legitimately a great experience. Its in the overpriced modulars,well behind them so of you think your lost your not and then go on in these were some of the most helpful, professional, and nice people in the town 10/10

My experience from my first call to reserve a truck all the way to drop off was exemplary! They were professional but friendly. I called the morning of my pickup date to ask about the pricing to be sure I had what I needed (it’s hard out here) and the gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and patient. He even checked the mileage for my trip. When I picked up the truck, there was just one gentleman working and 3 folks inside before I walked in and 2 more ladies arrived after me.
