Pros: Arrived on time, professional and friendly. Moved our furniture effectively and were mindful of fragile pieces. They protected our glass entranceway and covered woodwork posts in our home. Con: a sofa’s legs were required to be taken off to make it fit downstairs. They were put back on incorrectly. Crew: BG, SW, CH.

We had to move my aunt into assisted living without advance notice. The whole team at Move It Now were great. Scheduling and upfront communication was easy. On the day of the move, Seth and Brian were amazing! They communicated their schedule ahead of arrival. Upon arrival , they prepped and surveyed what was to be moved. I wished I would have sorted through the reviews that were 1 star and I would’ve saved myself the headache. I had a moved scheduled between 10 and 11 with instructions that a driver would call me when they were on the way. 1st of all they call you from an unknown number, when I finally spoke to the driver at 11, he said he was 30 minutes away and didn’t even get to my house until about noon. Incredibly happy with my experience with Move It Now. I only needed a few couches moved, so it was quick and easy. The guys were incredibly friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and took great care of my furniture. Very fair pricing as well. Highly recommend and will be using them again. Update May 2026: just hired them again to help me move apartments. I was having issues with the elevators in my building being down, and the Move It Now team was so helpful and understanding about rescheduling last minute.
