RLD Relocation & Logistics This is the second time I have required service to move furniture, personal items and a vehicle from California to Texas. I used RLD in 2022 for my stuff and in 2025 to move my parents’ stuff. Mom and dad have a lot of stuff after 70 years. Some very nice furniture and yes china, crystal, nick knacks and stuff galore. The packers did a great job. This time I had Glen as my mover/transporter. He was a quiet type but very detailed and professional. He insured everything was loaded and unloaded safely. This was how they had moved our furnitures from upstairs to the basement. They were paid by the hours, and completely rushed through it. The manager had to have the workers come back to put my dresser right side up on the concrete garage, and also unstack the mess that they did. Needless to say, there were extensive damages to the furnitures, and walls that cost thousands of dollars. I filed a claim only to received a check for $399.00 because standard coverage is just .60 cent/pound ( and they did not come out to weight them either). We moved from Ohio to Virginia. Tressa was our point person who did a great job coordinating everything. Steve Lee was our driver who managed all the logistics and details of an inter-state move magnificently.

I'd give them a zero if I could. They are an absolutely horrible company do not use them. They sent warehouse employees, not movers, took twice as long as they said they would and I paid double the estimate, they did damage to my property with no compensation. The managers are completely incompetent and unprofessional.
