I used this company for a recent move and had a very disappointing experience with how damage was handled. One of my furniture pieces had the entire base broken off during the move. The movers told me someone would be coming to my home that week to repair it, but no one ever contacted me. When I called the company, I found out the movers hadn’t even filed a claim. Someone in the office filed it afterward and told me it would likely be sent to Columbus for repair. Instead of following through on any of that, the claims process became an ongoing argument. Leaders Moving & Storage is the best moving company we have ever used. They are extremely professional and make getting an accurate and affordable quote very easy and straightforward. Copeland, Nixon and Jones did an excellent job helping us on the day of our move. Thank you again for all of your help with another move. We also used Leaders for a second time a week later to complete the move and Brazzle, Lamb and Singleton also did an excellent job. Thank you again.

We had an excellent experience with Leaders! The entire team (Boop, Williams, and Winn) was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They handled our belongings with great care, worked quickly, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

We used Leaders on a recommendation and we are happy we did. Their price was competitive and half of what another company quoted. The crew working our move was Joel, Evan and Lev. They completed the move quickly, without issues and they were very polite (sir and ma'am). You can tell they've played Tetris before because their ability to put 27 years worth of stuff in a truck was masterful. At the end of the day, we paid what was quoted to us.
