Integrity was awesome! They showed up when they said, and were efficient and friendly. When they were on the delivery end, it was clear that the truck wouldn't make it into the small alley where I live, they put it on a 4 wheel dolly and wheeled it very carefully up the road. It was stress free and now we have a beautiful piano!

Integrity Moving was fantastic. They showed up ready to go in a clean, well-equipped truck, surveyed the chaos that was my family's packing and got the job done. They moved everything quickly and with care. They shrink wrapped furniture and mattresses, which I hadn't even considered, and even disassembled some furniture. Everything was wrapped, padded and loaded into their truck in just a few hours. After transport, everything was unloaded, reassembled and placed without any damage. They far exceeded my expectations and truly live up to their company name.

Unfortunately after seeing many reviews praising this company, we did not have a great experience. Upon pick up, at least one of the crew members were very careless with our items, damaging several of our nice Amish furniture pieces. Many items damaged were drawers which should have been very easy to handle carefully, more so than the very heavy amish bed or dresser, however most of our pieces had nicks and dents in them. We also noticed one doorway that was banged up after they left, needing repainted. Upon drop off, some of my family could smell weed on the crew members. It was very unfortun…

Zero stars! Canceled on the very day I was moving even though I booked it a month in advance. I even confirmed my arrangements a couple days before my move. SO disappointed! Approach with caution if you consider using them or have a backup plan.

The movers came on time and conducted the move professionally and in a timely fashion. They were also very receptive to several of the requests I had made. Would enthusiastically recommend this company.
