From start to finish, MVM provided excellent customer service. The home office was extremely flexible with multiple changes before the move even took place. The on-site team arrived early, introduced themselves and took exceptional care of all my parent’s belongings. It was a great experience all around. Omar, Kaidan and Slater did an outstanding job!

One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I Have Ever Had – Avoid at All Costs I genuinely don’t know how to fully convey how disastrous our experience with MVM was, but I’ll stick strictly to the facts. We were sold “fullservice moving”, which included: • Professional packing the day before • Wardrobe boxes and TV boxes (including one specifically promised for our 83” TV) • The largest truck available that would fit everything • Proper wrapping and protection of all items • Ontime crews • Delivery to our new home several states away within 3 days We were not initially offered insurance an…

MVM was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. From the start when I called for a quote they were friendly and communicative. The quote I received was exactly what I paid day of service. There were no surprises. A week before my move, I received a reminder and an email of what to expect. They were coming from Columbus and the Day of I received a text when they left so I knew I had an hour and a half before they arrived. When I booked services, I was given an 30 min arrival window. We had a wonderful experience with Joe, Jeff, and Jervonte during our recent move. They were professional, polite, hardworking, and arrived right on time. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process go smoothly from start to finish. We did have a small issue initially with getting our moving bins, but as soon as management became aware of the situation, they immediately stepped in and made everything right. After looking around for movers, I originally booked All My Sons and unfortunately it was a complete disaster. I actually ended up sending the truck away because the experience was so bad. While continuing my search, I came across MVM, and I’m truly grateful that I did. This was such a great experience from start to finish.
