I recently moved from Ohio to California and I was treated like I was the whole company's beloved grandmother. They treated me very well, asked a lot of questions, packed things securely, provided everything I needed and actually took away most of the anxiety and pressure of a cross=country move. I was 100% impressed with the furniture move from the initial call, to signing the papers when my possessions were securely in my storage unit.

The worst place to have your moving done have had lots of damage. If they tell you, to talk to Kelle don’t waist your time does not answer or return calls. Would not suggest them for anything.Just a few photos I’m sure they will get removed. Still missing stuff. Also they lost a 387 lb safe???? They eventually figured it out!!!!!!!

We continue to get the run around from Planes Moving & Storage. Our mattress and base were originally supposed to be delivered 4/28 by 5:30pm. We received a call from a private number at 2:50pm on the 28th saying we were good to go for Friday 5/1. We stated that they were supposed to be here by 5:30pm today (4/28). They stated that a driver had been hurt and they could not get it to us before Friday 5/1. They also stated that they tried to get a hold of us earlier in the day, but were unsuccessful. We used Planes Moving and Storage for a local move (5 miles) in Columbus, Ohio. We had multiple quotes, but went with them with the thought that they were a big company with a lot of resources. We came to find out that they use contracted teams for their moving services. I did not know this going in, but it definitely contributes to a lack of accountability. The teams were different people on different days, so there was a disjointed feeling to the whole process. Moving crew arrived right on schedule. The loading, the move, and the unloading were all completed in a very timely manner. There was minor damage to two pieces of furniture, and Planes reached out almost immediately to help me file a claim. I'm confident they will resolve my claim promptly and completely. I would definitely recommend Planes Moving & Storage, and would not hesitate to use them again.
