Planes Moving & Storage of Dayton provided a smooth and easy move on short notice. I had to move in one week’s time. Planes Moving and Storage had availability & scheduled me. Their web system allows you to provide an inventory & photos, so a reasonable estimate could be made. All the documentation is electric, making it quick and easy. I paid the estimate up front with the understanding if it took less time, a refund would be issued. My move coordinator answered all my questions. I am so glad that I went with Planes for my moving needs. Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and intuitive. They knew what I needed before I did. No hidden costs or fees. Everything was explained up front. My movers were fabulous at getting the job done and making sure things were where I wanted them and set up the way they were before the move. What a great team! We lived in our home for almost 40 years. Of course we had lots to move. I was SO pleased with everyone at Planes from day one. The customer rep who collected our info was so helpful and courteous and responsive as I had questions. Moving day, the team was so professional and careful with our possessions. They worked hard and packed efficiently. Delivery to our new home was great too. I was not only pleased with the service but also the value of the service. I would highly recommend Planes!

From initial visit with proposal to unpacking at destination, Planes provided excellent customer service and quality packing and loading for my interstate move.
