Great 24 hr access. However, place is not kept up, bathrooms are usually locked, and they kept raising the monthly rate every few months. Very disappointing. experience. Dont recommend

Your facility was fine and the office person outstanding. However, your pricing is out of control. So many other facilities at much lower rates.

Great service from start to finish. Staff was always on hand to answer any questions I had and most importantly was how easy it was to end my lease once my personal needs had changed. Overall loved the service, easy payment options and super friendly staff! A++

HORRIBLE! Outside of facility dirty most of the time because people move out and just leave their stuff outside. Staff barely ever available on site or answers the phone, not even the out of office manager number that’s posted on the door. Worst of all, they’ve been double charging me since May. Called customer service and Beth was AMAZING. Verified my payment issue but I still have not received a phone call from the facility.
