I can’t say enough good things about Ken at the facility. He is always incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and understanding every time I need assistance. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with account issues, or just making the whole process easy and stress-free, Ken goes above and beyond. He treats people with patience and respect, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers he works with. His communication, compassion, and positive attitude make such a difference. The facility is lucky to have him, and customers are too!

Just left here ended up speaking with Michelle she did a great job! They had some issues with the storage that I originally booked so they were able to prorate a larger storage for me. They did a great job giving adequate and full information the process was very easy and straightforward. They have indoor and outdoor units available. But ultimately this is a storage so keep that in mind but based on my experiences with prior storages when I've encountered similar situations they weren't as accommodating! Check them out

Easy to get set up. Office staff was very professional and helped with any worries. Because of the vastness of the building, it can take some getting used to where the right bays are. Am satisfied I made the right choice.

Truly a great experience! The unit was super clean and ready for me:) The manager Michelle B. was kind, and so super helpful! She answered all my questions and made me feel welcome to come to her with any future questions/concerns. :)
