One of the worst experiences I have had with moving and storage services. The pod I ordered & had email + verbal confirmation on never showed up. I was moving between states and arrived to my destination with no pod onsite, despite their online platform telling me that the pod was "active". I called pack rat to ask what had happened and had to wait over an hour and a half on hold just to be told that they didn't know what happened and would need to try again later that week. They weren't even able to confirm a new date.

Supposed to deliver on Friday 3-13, they texted and said they were short staffed and would reschedule deliver 3-14 in morning (am). 3-14 @ 1:15pm 1-800 pack rat called and said I was skipped because I didn't answer phone call at 1pm. I can't wait around forever, their delivery service is a joke. Called customer service and they were so rude, they said I was rescheduled again for 3-16. Recommend not using 1-800 rat pack under any circumstances.

The sales person was very nice, answered all my questions and was very helpful. Was told I would have a designated person to speak to regarding my cross-country move if i had any questions or concerns. This was not true, and calling the main number gets attitude and more questions than answers. Also the "price matching" is a lie, and when I brought it up the person I talked to actually laughed at me. Would not recommend this place and regret going through thrm.
