Joe and Andrew were amazing! They helped me move out of my downtown Cleveland apartment. The parking situation is rough, but they never once complained and were able to move me quickly and efficiently. Could not recommend them enough. Great movers and great guys

I hired these guys in 2024 to move just a handful of larger items from my house to my storage units. The first issue came when they didn’t have the TV box we paid for, one of the guys had to go back to the office and get one. The second issue came when the box he came back with wasn’t even the right box, the box was supposed to have supports inside similar to the what’s in the box when you first buy your tv, but it didn’t. But they felt confident if they just wrapped the tv in bubble wrap and put it in the box it would be ok. Third problem came when they went to lift the tv and a guy who seeme…

I would not recommend this company to anyone who values anything in their home. They will say that your furniture is old and decrepit. If they come up damage won't take any responsibility of how they handled your furniture, but it's your furniture fault that is damaged after being moved by this moving company you pay for insurance they deny everything and will not give you any other explanation other than I'm not gonna argue with you. This is our final statement beware.

I had a negative experience with another local moving company that cancelled on me the day of my move. I had to quickly find somewhere new and discovered Parma Movers from a passing truck on the highway. I have since used them for 2 separate moves and both were great experiences. The movers are quick and efficient, very careful with your belongings, and extremely friendly. I did not have a single broken, damaged, or missing item in either move.
