MVM Moving had exceptional customer service, from the first meeting with Joe the entire crew was helpful, flexible, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. The crew were friendly, kind, and thorough, and you could feel the care they poured into every part of the job. Moving is difficult and overwhelming, and they treated ours like it mattered. Moved from Ohio to Michigan and was very happy with MVM. Every interaction I had with staff was pleasant and helpful. Levi and Taylor were great through the process starting with the initial call to obtain an estimate and details. My movers, Brian W. and Jacaba, were on time, and were very pleasant and professional. They did a great job in a very timely manner. Extra appreciation to them given my move day was the hottest day of the year at that time. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to others.

Noah explained services and order of events very well, and he efficiently coordinated with another office to make my move happen on a short timeframe. Seeing their massive 26’ branded truck immediately gave me confidence and my 10x20’ storage unit easily fit. Driver Anthony and assistant carefully blanketed & moved my 3+ bedrooms of furniture and 40+ boxes onto their truck. They drove to another state and efficiently unloaded.
