Cannot recommend Cleland Bros enough! What could have been a very stressful day moving was easy and well run. They were timely, professional, friendly, and efficient. Pricing was very reasonable and they made everything about our move much more stress free. Highly recommend!

This company was absolutely TERRIBLE. If I could give ZERO stars, I would absolutely do that! They did not come out to our house to do a walk through and view the contents. Instead, the owner just based the estimate, size and time on the online listing. Big mistake. They could not fit all of my contents (even without washer, dryer, fridge, stove, etc) into truck which left me hanging before closing. Then overcharged me for their error. I had to have them finish because everyone else around was booked or I would have been penalized so I was stuck. Fortunately my friend was able to talk calmly…

I really appreciate that you took it upon yourself to have my mother's antique vanity mirror replaced after cold weather broke it during storage and that you delivered it directly to her recently. When they actually arrive to do the job they were hired for the are very efficient and courteous. My problem is how you are charged. Their pay starts the minute they start the truck, not the actual job they were hired to do and the return trip. This means that a job that only takes 2 hrs and 25 minutes was charged at 4 and a half hours. This is outrageous and a total scam.
