We highly recommend North American Van Lines. We were impressed by the professionalism of the teams of packers and loaders. A shout out most especially to our driver, Jared, who exceeded our expectations and was ever so thoughtful!

The move was somewhat as expected. The Tulsa office worked with us to get an acceptable delivery date. Packers were efficient. Driver was good. The team that reassembled items at destination made numerous mistakes. Now, I am having issues getting the claim handled even though I have full replacement value. Claims process is not efficient.

Great experience overall. The price was per contract and the move was seamless. Thanks for the help getting us back to Utah!

Absolute disaster. Tulsa group were great. Colorado Springs group off-loaded our belongings to 2 smaller trucks, did so unprofessionally, and many cherished items were damaged and destroyed. It's been over a week now, and still no word from the Colo. Springs group regarding damage assessment. Really disappointed.

It was great having someone come to my house to estimate how much my load would be before giving me a quote. And the price was comparable to some of the online only companies so I chose North American. They carefully but quickly loaded the equivalent of two households in about 8 hours time. Padded and shrink wrapped all furniture to protect it. And cleaned up each room as they completed loading and were careful not to leave a mess behind. At our new location they labeled each room to match our box labeling and quickly got everything to the correct room in the house. They even reassembled fur…
