Before I give this review of my horrible moving experience from Texas to Arizona, I would like to thank Sarah and Dustin for their attempts to help in this situation. If you’re looking for movers who bring genuine care and positive energy to what is otherwise an exhausting day, Ramadan and Richard are your people. They were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. They handled full packing services in addition to the move itself, and the care they brought to both was meticulous. Mixed experience though I would not recommend using this company. Daughter moved from Texas to Florida. Good communication, commute on time and packing was organized. Two people arrived for the unloading; one person (the boss) was literally on his phone the entire time while the second person did all the work. The biggest downside is the insurance company they use. This is my fourth move in the last 10 years and the complexity of their claim process is ridiculous. I had the pleasure of working with Ramadan and Richard today. They had quite the task ahead of them today. They successfully moved all of my belongings from Tomball to McKinney, TX. This was not easy because it all had to be accomplished in just ONE DAY!!! From the second I met them throughout the entire process they both exuded professionalism and great communication.
