Great customer service Lydia and Matt were super nice and friendly. Lydia set up with auto pay for our storage needs and answered all our questions super wonderful. My only complaint/suggestion is when renting a storage unit from them, they did not mention that the back side of the storage unit had two roll up doors in the back. Which in turn caused the storage unit to be covered in dirt and a lot of bugs from spiders. I understand that storage units are not super clean, but because of the two roll up doors on the back side this caused for more dirt and mice (I had mice droppings and few chewe…

Emricks is as good as it gets! The guys that moved were great. I was highly impressed with how they handled everything, most efficient group of guys I’ve seen in a long time. Highly reccomend, and I will use them again if the need arises.

We had a great experience with the many stages of our move. Lydia and Matt were an exceptional team and helped us navigate the best options available. All the guys loading our items were friendly and professional and took great care of our household goods and we received our items quicker than I ever thought possible. Emricks is truly the best company in the business for moving and storing your goods. They have the best of the best workers who are careful and delicate with your goods. They have the best attitudes during most homeowners most stressful times. Emricks is priced perfectly for the service they give and professionalism. If I have another move in my future, Emricks will be first call!
