The store manager at the Cache Road store is amazing and helpful. I had to go here after the two INCREDIBLY LAZY employees at the 38th Street location barely touched the computer and wouldn't pick up the phone when I went there to get my truck and it wasn't available. If I hadn't been able to transfer my reservation to Jonathan at the Cache Road store, I would have used Penske before I'd ever walked in the door of another UHaul. Because of the amazing professionalism and customer service at Cache Road, I will be returning to rent another truck this weekend.

I had an amazing experience with the General Manager Johnathan and his employee Riley. I had to come here last minute to get a uhual trailer that another uhual did not have (on their end) . They were so helpful and got me squared away !! Come to this uhual in town !

Fantastic experience with renting an auto trailer and receiving assistance loading my car up and having it safely prepared for a 3 day drive. The workers were really friendly and patient and Denise was an absolute professional who helped me accommplish my trip with no issue!

Travis made my U-Haul experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right equipment for my move. Despite an issue with my vehicle battery keeping the trailer lights from connecting, he was very proactive and patiently helped me solve the issue so I felt confident hitting the road. It’s really rare to find customer service this attentive and genuine, thank you, Travis, for making this process so smooth. This branch is very lucky to have you.
