The app itself was absolute hell. There was a pretty young brown woman that was of tremendous help and value on my moving day. I’m tired and dehydrated so I don’t remember her name. She worked like she owned that store. This new homeowner has may only ever utilize UHAUL again if they can expand on boat rental services.

Came in this morning to pick up the big mamma jamma 26 footer. We had made the reservation over the phone yesterday. Tasha helped my husband and I get all the paperwork in order when we stepped into the building. She also let us know we could keep the truck for 24 hours at the same cost that we had estimated til 7pm. We were not aware of this and appreciated not feeling rushed! Her personality is pretty awesome, my husband and I appreciated her smile and her friendliness. It’s hard to find great customer service nowadays and Tasha nailed it! Thanks a ton!

The staff was friendly, informative, professionally competent, patient, and funny. This was my first visit to this facility. I certainly intend to use it again. I had a last minute requirement and this facility filled my need. In fact, I should have gotten their names because I prefer to establish routine relationships in most of my business endeavors. I have already started telling friends and members of professional service organizations that I associate with about the great service that I received. Thanks, y'all!! 😊

The representatives over the phone are unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. I’ve been trying to get a price match the last two days and they have been both inconsistent in their answers and not helpful what so ever. When I got a quote with Penske they were offering $400 LESS on a 6’ LONGER truck AND UNLIMITED MILEAGE. U-Haul does not offer the same kind of savings and based off my interactions they don’t care that they’re losing business.
