I highly recommend 2 Fellas! This was our second time using 2 Fellas. The first move was local, but this time we relocated to another city. Once again, they made the entire process incredibly easy. They loaded the trucks one day and delivered everything to our new home the next. The team was punctual, professional, and handled our belongings with great care. The BEST experience with 2 Fellas - they were incredible thru every step of our moving journey. My mom moved from her home in SW Oklahoma (50 years) to NW Arkansas - we were so fortunate to have chosen this incredible company. We just recently moved and Mark Tuner was a rockstar! We believe the other two were new. They all did a great job for the most part but a few times I did catch them waiting to be told what to do or just standing there. Overall they did a good job, handled everything well, and figured out how to maneuver our furniture in small areas. Would recommend!

While the initial phase of our move appeared to go smoothly, the post-move customer service has been completely unacceptable. The crew packed and transported my 85-inch TV, which ended up being severely damaged in the process. While accidents happen, it's a company's response to those accidents that matters. It has now been two months, and the company has essentially ghosted me. They refuse to return calls or provide any concrete updates on a resolution. Would not recommend. I only booked because I was pressed for time. I was told they would arrive between 2:30 and 3:00 pm and also received an email stating that so I went to run errands. I got a call around 1 stating they were on their way and I told them I wasn’t expecting them now so I called the office and the manager literally tried to argue with me that no one told me the time was 2:30 - 3:00 even after I told her I had emails then she said the system can be weird.
