Great experience. We were moving my son a few miles down the road. The equipment was great, rented 20ft truck. Easy to drive with AC and phone connections. Staff was very attentive and helpful at pickup which was very easy considering I didn’t have a reservation. Drop off was very very easy also!! Highly recommend this location.

The representative in Norman was working alone on a busy Saturday morning. He managed to get me signed in and out the door very quickly. He was extremely polite and professional. I am VERY satisfied with his work, his attitude, and the total experience! Fast and very friendly service.

All I wanted was to talk to Austin. He works Mon-Fri. I called, I asked for Austin, was told he was outside I was put on hold. A female picked up and asked if she could help I asked for Austin. Again I'm on hold. Not a big deal I would've waited as long as it would've taken. A third pickup the kiddo was frustrated I didn't want to talk to him and flat out refused my request for Austin. He never wanted to help me he was confrontational to the point I was pretty angry telling him he didn't have it in him to be helpful. Someone who claimed he was the store manager came out of nowhere on the line…

Rented a uhaul, appliance dolly, blankets and furniture pads. After paying, we were notified that there were no appliance dollies,no blankets, and no furniture pads and were told it would be up to us to locate said items at a different uhaul location. Attempting to locate an appliance dolly at a minimum wasted over 3h of our morning that was supposed to be spent loading this truck that we’ve paid for. We ended up finally finding a dolly and a couple blankets- not even close to the amount we needed. Customer support was no help in this entire goose chase as their solution to the issue was a ref…

Moving here we dropped off at this location and it was smooth. We just picked up a trailer for move out and the staff were all professional and so speedy! Josh and his teammate did a great job making sure we were all connected up and safely exited the lot. We've had issues with other uhaul locations but would be happy to use this one again.
