*Rodent infested units* Flew in from out of state to move out of my unit on a Saturday. Due to moving out of state last summer, I lost the key to my unit. Ian (short heavy set Caucasian male with a slicked back pony tail) mentioned that I needed to hire a locksmith because they won’t cut locks off for you at this location. Being Saturday, no local locksmiths were open in the area. We used bolt cutters to remove the lock to my unit. The unit latch was cosmetically scratched but remains functional. I received a call today from Ian questioning me on which locksmith I used. There is a camera point…

I didn’t notice anything that could be better, the pick up process was beyond easy, the person who rented the truck to me was super nice and very knowledgeable. Truck was super clean, and way easier to drive than I thought it would be.

Nothing could be done to improve my experience. The young man that helped me was over the top friendly, courteous and efficient. He was very professional.

You should give an option to book the trailer for a shorter period as well. I was moving from Stillwater, Oklahoma to Little Rock, Arkansas a distance of 330 miles. I a took a 5’x8’ trailer on Aug 30 at 6 pm and I reached Little Rock on Aug 31 evening, unloaded trailer and dropped it at the u haul center on September 1 at 9 pm. However I was still charged for it until Aug 3, 6 pm. While doing the reservation I had assumed U Haul would give that flexibility. I would like the management to consider this. A customer should be asked how many days they want it for right at the beginning.

Rude customer service. My parents did me a huge favor today by picking up a U-Haul for me, and the person behind the counter was incredibly short and rude. I was on the phone and heard the tone he started to take with them, when they were just asking how to scan the needed documents on their phone. Hope he treats future customers with more kindness!
