Because they did so well the first time, I hired them for this second move. This time I asked for the complete service; they brought the materials, they did the packing completely, and they even took my plant babies! No other company wanted to move my plants out of state! The way they took care of me left an impression. So, I was left hanging by a company I had hired, not once, but twice! I was so stressed, because I was a day behind and I had to move-out ASAP. So disappointed. I shared with Christian at Coastline that I was disabled, and that someone just cancelled on me to help pack me without the time to re-book. Christian listened and was so over the top sorry that someone would do that. He was awesome, he booked me and I signed the contract and paid the retainer.
