I have used this location quite a few times. They get busy, specially weekends. They are nice and they care about their customers. I would recommend making a reservation online and download the app when dropping off the vehicle. It will save you time!

They never answer their phone. Does not matter what time you call. I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes multiple times and have to just hang up resulting in really difficult misunderstandings with active rentals since I couldn’t get assistance. They even changed our drop off location to a U-Haul site out of town (without asking us) claiming they would give us a “special price”. They did not, it was the same price and just resulted in an extremely long night of driving after a full day of moving. The moment I talked on the phone to get prices, reservations, till the time I returned the truck, I was treated like a human being by staff and felt Corporate is there to listen and act. Michael ( Beaverton , Oregon store) was feeling my stress, the moment he started helping. He not only helped me with a truck, but the storage as well. That's where corporate comes in,, I had nothing but good vibes.. u-haul storage and trucks is the BEST way to go..my storage rate is fixed for one year, security, clean, temp controlled. I have been inaccurately charged by this U-Haul location for a trailer that was never properly checked in. On March 14, I was an authorized U-Haul dealer and returned a trailer to my location after transporting it from Piedmont, North Carolina. Shortly afterward, due to how strenuous the dealer role was, we ended our agreement. The Area Manager personally came and picked up all trailers from my location.
