From my initial phone call with Ruby, she was amazing and assured me that she would work with me with my crazy schedule etc. and wow did she! The movers who arrived right on time were, Zach, Brett and Cody and they were a delight to work with, they were all very polite. Amazing workers, helpful and knowledgeable of what they were doing and just fun to work with! I would Highly recommend Higher Ground to anyone considering a Move! Thanks for all of your help!

The whole experience with Higher Ground Moving was perfect from start to finish. Ruby answered the phone and helped me get exactly what I needed and got me on the schedule quickly. She followed up a few days prior to the move to ensure I was ready. The guys who did my move were kind, professional and fun to work with. They did give me a card with their names on it so I could remember but I did move and it is gone. They were great though! See the in the photos! I will definitely use Higher Ground Moving again!

We had an incredible moving experience with Higher Ground Moving from start to finish. Ruby, the scheduler, was great at making sure that everything went smoothly for us, and that we were informed at all times. The moving crew l, which included Zach, Brett and Leo, were absolutely stellar. They made sure that our furniture was treated with love, care and respect, and that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. They also left everything spotless. The whole team was fantastic! Ruby in the office and the three movers - Devon, Miguel, and Davi made my move a dream. We moved from Bend to Portland with a stop at a storage unit. Furniture was so thoughtfully wrapped, beds expertly taken apart and reassembled, odd shaped furniture made it through a tight corridor without a scratch. Higher Ground was an absolute delight to work with. The prices were reasonable and transparent. Would 100% recommend!

From our initial contact with Ruby, and each correspondence up to the move date, she was fantastic, informative and supportive. On move day, Brandon (lead). Zach, Dave, Kio, Cody and Brett were punctual, did a walk-thru at the home we moved from as well as the home we moved into (2 truckloads). They laid protective floor coverings at both homes, wrapped all furniture, glass tops, etc. with care and patience.
